End of service gratuity

| UAE | After 1 year: 21 days of basic wage per year for 5 years, then 30 days per year. Capped at 2 years of wage. |
| Qatar | After 1 year: at least 3 weeks (21 days) of wage per year. |
| Oman | From 31 July 2023: at least one basic wage per year. Before that: 15 days a year for 3 years, then 30 days. |
Part-years count in proportion in all three. The daily rate is the last basic wage divided by 30.
