Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. We also record your IP address and browser details with the message to help us stop abuse. We use this information only to answer you and to keep the site safe.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our servers and tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful.
Calculator inputs. Values you enter into a calculator are processed in your browser on your device. We do not receive or store them.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We may use:
- Essential cookies that make the site work, for example to protect our contact form against misuse. Our calculators, guides and reference pages do not need cookies to work.
- Analytics cookies that help us count visits and see which pages are used, for example through Google Analytics, once we turn it on.

We may show ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this website or other websites. Who we share information with

How long we keep information
We keep contact messages, including the IP address and browser details stored with them, for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of corrections, and we review and delete old messages regularly. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period. We then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Children
Worthcrest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our pages link to official and third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top when we do.
