Year by year
How this calculator works
If you have worked for at least 1 year, the law gives you at least three weeks (21 days) of wage for each year of service. Part-years count in proportion.
We use your last basic wage divided by 30 for a daily rate, then multiply by 21 days and your years of service. Allowances and bonuses are not included.
This is the legal minimum. Your contract can give you more, so check it. Your employer may also deduct amounts you owe.
